This Privacy Policy pertains to Pazzie Inc.'s website and mobile application, ThriveSig (collectively, the "Service"). Pazzie strongly believes in ensuring data privacy for users of ThriveSig. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described below.

1. Access to Personally Identifiable Information

WE DO NOT SELL PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION about your use of ThriveSig to third parties.

Please be assured that Pazzie:

Pazzie may provide aggregate or non-personally identifiable statistics about our customers, product usage, or traffic patterns, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information.

Tracking data is used internally by Pazzie primarily for developing and enhancing products and improving technical usability.

2. How We Track Your Use of ThriveSig

Pazzie collects usage information about our products. We use this data to improve your experience and to prioritize new product development. For example, if tracking data shows that a significant number of members find a particular type of health content especially useful, we may invest in expanding that area.

We may track which content items you view, which conditions you follow, and general interaction patterns within the app. This information is used solely to improve the Service.

3. Session Recording and Heatmaps

On our website and Android app, ThriveSig uses Microsoft Clarity, a session recording and heatmap service provided by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity records anonymized replays of user sessions and generates aggregate heatmaps that show how users interact with content — for example, which articles are tapped most often. We use this data solely to improve the design and usability of ThriveSig.

What Clarity collects: interaction events (taps, scrolls, clicks), screen or page views, and session duration. Clarity does not record keystrokes, passwords, or form field values.

What is masked: Your selected conditions of interest are always masked from Clarity recordings and never appear in session replays or heatmaps.

Consent: Session recording is only activated after you accept analytics in the consent banner. If you decline, Clarity is not initialized. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at pazzie.inc@yahoo.com.

Platform scope: Clarity is used on the ThriveSig website and Android app only. It is not used on iOS.

Microsoft's use of data collected through Clarity is governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review it.

4. How We Protect Your Information

Pazzie safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. These procedures include limiting access to information based on its sensitivity and training employees on the proper handling of member information.

When you access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL/TLS) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. While we believe we have taken appropriate measures to protect your information, we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet — change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure browser.

5. Cookies and Log Files

"Cookies" are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your device. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies on our website to provide a personalized experience and to keep you signed in. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to prevent this. Disabling cookies, however, may prevent access to some parts of our website.

As is true of most websites, we gather and use certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, and date/time stamps. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the website, and gather aggregate demographic information. We do not link information stored in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit.

6. Health-Related Information

ThriveSig asks you to select one or more health conditions in order to personalize your content feed. We treat this information with heightened care because it is sensitive by nature. Specifically:

You may update or change your selected conditions at any time from your Profile screen within the app.

7. AI-Generated Content Processing

ThriveSig uses artificial intelligence — specifically Anthropic's Claude AI — to generate article summaries, condition-matched relevance scores, lifestyle takeaways, and conversation starters. To do this, we send the text of publicly available articles (titles and abstracts from sources like PubMed, FDA, NIH, and medical journals) to Anthropic's API for processing.

We do not send your personal information, email address, or health condition selections to Anthropic. AI processing is performed on the article text only, not on any data that identifies you as an individual.

Anthropic's use of data submitted via its API is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Please see our Terms of Service for important disclaimers regarding AI-generated content and medical information.

8. Mobile Application Data

When you use the ThriveSig mobile application on iOS or Android, we may collect:

We do not collect your device's precise location. We do not access your contacts, camera, photos, or microphone. We do not track you across other apps on your device.

App analytics and crash reporting may be processed by third-party services. Where such services are used, we require them to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to not use your data for their own advertising purposes.

9. Push Notifications

If you choose to opt in to push notifications, ThriveSig stores an Expo push notification token associated with your account. This token is used solely to deliver health content alerts to your device. It is not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

Push notifications are optional and informational only. They are not medical alerts and are not a substitute for professional medical monitoring. You may opt out of push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the rest of the Service.

If you delete your account, your push notification token is deleted along with your account record.

10. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You have the right to:

If you are a resident of California or another jurisdiction with specific data rights (such as GDPR in the European Union), you may have additional rights. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

11. HIPAA Notice

ThriveSig is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not a business associate of any HIPAA-covered entity. The health condition information you enter into ThriveSig is not "protected health information" (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and it is not subject to HIPAA's privacy and security requirements.

This means that your health data within ThriveSig does not carry the same legal protections as health data held by your doctor, hospital, or health insurer. However, we are committed to protecting your health-related information with the same care described throughout this Privacy Policy — specifically, we will never sell it or share it with insurers, employers, or pharmaceutical companies.

12. What Is "Personally Identifiable" Information?

"Personally identifiable information" is any information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate you as an individual, as well as any additional data tied to such information. Common examples are your name and email address.

"Non-personally identifiable information" is information — either in profile or aggregate form — that is not intended to identify you as an individual. For instance, we may share aggregate data showing that a certain percentage of ThriveSig users follow heart failure content, without linking this to any individual name, address, or other identifying information.

13. Changes to This Policy

The Pazzie Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time. By using our website or app, you consent to the collection and use of information by Pazzie as disclosed in this statement.

If we decide to materially change our privacy practices, we will post a prominent notice in the app and/or send an email so that you are always kept informed of what data we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Please check this page from time to time to make sure you are aware of our latest privacy practices.

For questions about this Privacy Policy, email pazzie.inc@yahoo.com or contact us through the ThriveSig app. See also our Terms of Service.
