Last updated: May 2026
By checking the checkbox at registration, you (the "User") acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read all provisions carefully before using ThriveSig. Using ThriveSig indicates your agreement and acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the ThriveSig website, mobile application, or download any materials from them.
1. The Service and Its Use
The ThriveSig website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service" or "Site") are owned and provided by Pazzie Inc. from its offices in Irvine, California, in the United States. For purposes herein, Pazzie Inc. is referred to as "Pazzie." The Service includes the ThriveSig website accessible via web browser and the ThriveSig mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (the "App").
The Service is provided for your personal information and non-commercial use only. ThriveSig aggregates and summarizes publicly available medical research, news, and health information to help individuals stay informed about conditions they are managing. It is not a medical service, clinical tool, or healthcare provider.
Your access to and use of the Service is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws:
- You shall use the Service for lawful purposes only.
- You shall not post or transmit through the Service any information or material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- You shall not post or transmit material which encourages criminal conduct, creates liability, violates these Terms, or contains advertising or solicitation without Pazzie's prior written approval.
Any conduct by you that, in Pazzie's opinion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Service will not be permitted.
2. Important: Not Medical Advice
ThriveSig is an information and research aggregation service. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.
By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No Medical Advice. The content provided through ThriveSig — including article summaries, AI-generated insights, condition-matched content, "conversation starters," lifestyle takeaways, and any other information — is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and must not be treated as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
- No Doctor-Patient Relationship. Use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship, therapist-patient relationship, or any other healthcare provider relationship between you and Pazzie or any person affiliated with Pazzie.
- Always Consult a Healthcare Professional. Always seek the advice of your physician, specialist, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on ThriveSig.
- Medications and Treatments. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to start, stop, change, or adjust any medication, supplement, or treatment regimen. Any decision to modify your treatment plan must be made in consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who knows your full medical history.
- Medical Emergency. ThriveSig is not designed for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency services number) immediately. Do not use ThriveSig to seek guidance during a medical emergency.
- AI-Generated Content. Summaries, takeaways, conversation starters, and condition classifications displayed in the Service are generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Pazzie makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content for your individual situation.
- Research Limitations. Medical research evolves continuously. Studies summarized in the Service may be preliminary, may have been superseded, or may not yet be reflected in clinical practice guidelines. Published research describes outcomes across populations and may not apply to your specific health situation.
- Condition Matching. ThriveSig uses the health conditions you enter to personalize the content shown to you. This matching is automated and not reviewed by medical professionals. Pazzie makes no representation that content shown is appropriate, complete, or safe for your individual situation.
- Not Telehealth. ThriveSig is not a telehealth or telemedicine platform. No healthcare services are provided through the Service.
- HIPAA Notice. Pazzie is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Health-related information you voluntarily enter into ThriveSig is not protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we protect your data.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
Age Requirement. The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use the Service with the active involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Pazzie immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Pazzie is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
4. Mobile Application
In addition to the web-based Site, the Service is available as a mobile application for iOS and Android devices. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of service of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
Device Permissions. The App may request access to certain device features and permissions, including push notifications. These permissions are optional, and you may grant or revoke them through your device settings at any time. Revoking a permission may limit certain features of the App.
Push Notifications. If you opt in to push notifications, ThriveSig may send you alerts about new health content relevant to your selected conditions. Push notifications are informational only and are not medical alerts. They are not a substitute for professional medical monitoring or emergency services. You may opt out at any time through your device settings.
App Updates. Pazzie may release updates to the App from time to time. Continued use of the App following an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
5. Content and Materials
The Service contains information and material, including text, software, photos, video, graphics, audio, AI-generated summaries, and aggregated research content (collectively "Materials"), derived in whole or in part from information supplied by Pazzie, third-party publishers, public databases, and other sources, protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Pazzie owns the copyright in the overall selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content. You own all of the content and information you post on the Service. In order for us to provide you with the Service, you agree to the following:
- For IP content (photos, videos, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content you post in connection with Pazzie. This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account.
- When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. Removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be available to others.
- We always appreciate your feedback or suggestions, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or decompiled, reverse engineered, or disassembled. This limited authorization is not a transfer of title in the Materials. You acknowledge you do not acquire any license, ownership, or other rights to the Materials.
6. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE, MATERIALS, AI-GENERATED CONTENT, AND RELATED COMMUNICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR MEDICAL ACCURACY.
Pazzie does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, or medical appropriateness of the Materials or AI-generated content. You acknowledge that any reliance on such materials shall be at your sole risk. Pazzie assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your equipment on account of your access to, use of, or browsing of the Service.
7. Third-Party Sites
Pazzie may provide, as a convenience, links to websites operated by other entities, including PubMed, the FDA, NIH, medical journals, and news publications. Any link to a non-Pazzie website does not mean that Pazzie endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of such website. If you use these sites, you do so at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Content
Any opinions, statements, findings, research summaries, or other information expressed or made available in the Service by third-party sources (including academic journals, government agencies, news organizations, and others) are those of the respective authors or distributors and not of Pazzie. Pazzie does not independently verify the accuracy of third-party content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. If you are dissatisfied with any of the Materials or with any of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PAZZIE, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ADVERSE HEALTH OUTCOMES) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION, SUMMARY, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT IN THE SERVICE FOR ANY MEDICAL, HEALTH, OR TREATMENT DECISION. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT PAZZIE WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Pazzie shall have no liability or responsibility for any acts, omissions, or conduct of any user or third party.
10. Indemnification
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS PAZZIE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES, AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM (I) THE USER'S USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PAZZIE CONTENT; (II) ANY HEALTH OR MEDICAL DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT FROM THE SERVICE; AND (III) ANY BREACH BY USER OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR DUTY HEREUNDER.
11. General Provisions
Assignment. Neither this Agreement nor any rights or obligations of User hereunder may be assigned or delegated by User without the prior written approval of Pazzie. Any assignment in derogation of the foregoing shall be null and void.
Severability. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, all other parts nevertheless remain enforceable. The parties will substitute an enforceable provision that is as similar as possible in economic and business objectives as the unenforceable provision.
Force Majeure. Any failure of Pazzie to perform due to any cause not reasonably within Pazzie's control, including casualty, labor disputes, failure of equipment or carriers or utilities, compliance with governmental authority, or Act of God, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Complete Agreement. This Agreement, together with the ThriveSig Privacy Policy, is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between Pazzie and User and supersedes any prior agreement or communication between the parties.
Information Provided By You. Pazzie does not want to receive unsolicited confidential or proprietary information. Any unsolicited information sent to Pazzie through the Service will be deemed not to be confidential or proprietary. By submitting material to the Service, you grant Pazzie a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, adapt, publish, translate, transmit, and distribute such material.
Changes. Pazzie reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any change will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Linking to Site. Anyone linking to the ThriveSig website must comply with all applicable laws.
International Users. The Service is administered by Pazzie from its offices in the United States. Access from territories where such content is illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Service must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises.
For questions about these Terms, contact us through the ThriveSig app or website. See also our Privacy Policy.
